At Illimitable Visions, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom graphic design services tailored to each client’s unique vision. Due to the creative and personalized nature of our work, we maintain the following return and refund policy:
1.Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required upfront for all services.
- This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2.No Refund After Work Begins
- Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
- This includes partial work, drafts, concepts, or ongoing services.
3.Remaining Balance
- The remaining balance must be paid before final files or deliverables are released.
4.Project Cancellation
- If a client chooses to cancel a project:oThe deposit remains non-refundable
- Any completed work remains the property of Illimitable Visions LLC until full-payment is made
5.Scope Changes
- Requests outside the agreed scope will require additional payment.
- Failure to approve or respond does not qualify for a refund.
6.Agreement Acknowledgment
By making payment, the client confirms they understand and agree to this policy.
