Logo Design & Branding
Website Design & Development
E-book Design
AI-Enhanced Brand Identity Kits
AI Brand Audits
AI Business Agents & Automation Services

3.Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of any work.
No work will be released until full payment is received.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

4.Refund Policy

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

5.Revisions & Scope

Revision limits vary depending on the service package selected.
Higher-tier services may include extended or unlimited revisions within scope.
Requests outside the original scope of work will be subject to additional fees.
Continuous or excessive revision requests may be treated as out-of-scope work.

6.Project Timelines

All timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
If the client becomes unresponsive, the project timeline will continue as scheduled unless-otherwise agreed.

7.Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide all necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner
Respond to communication requests promptly
Ensure all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights

8.Intellectual Property

Full ownership of final deliverables is transferred only after full payment is received.
Illimitable Visions LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

9.AI Services Disclaimer

Certain services utilize artificial intelligence tools and technologies.
AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free or unique.
Results depend on the quality and accuracy of input provided by the client.
Illimitable Visions LLC is not responsible for limitations inherent to generated-content.
